Defective, damaged, or wrong items
If your order arrives defective, misprinted, damaged in transit, or simply not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will reprint your item or refund you in full — your choice.
Size exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange for the correct size.
Change of mind
Each shirt is custom printed when you order it, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind. That said, if you are unhappy for any reason, reach out — we will always try to make it right.
How to start a return or exchange
Email us via our contact page with your order number. Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Donations
The $1-per-shirt nonprofit contribution is donated at the time of your order and is not refundable.
